Get your grunt on with us at Towson Overlook on the morning of December 2 for the ManCave 5k: "The Race for the Manly Man." Don't let the name fool you; ladies are more than invited as well.
What separates this event from the rest? It has all of the elements of a man cave that every guy loves: free food, HEAVY SEAS Beer, sports, TV, and more! Wings and sliders from Glory Days Grill, bananas and water from Santoni's Supermarket, and your Heavy Seas beer will be waiting for you at the finish line.
$2000 in prize money will be given out to the top five males and females, and The Big Screen Store is giving away a big-screen TV!
Most importantly, we will be donating a portion of the proceeds to research of prostate cancer--a disease that affects one in every six men. Proceeds will be donated to ZERO: The End of Prostate Cancer.
Not only great food and drink following the race, but random prizes to include stuff that men love - a big TV, a recliner, golf stuff, sports tickets and more. Throughout the next two months we will be working to get a lot more random prizes.
Brought to you by The Big Screen Store, the Sofa Store and FIT Gym, there will be plenty to do for spectators while you GET YOUR GRUNT ON!

December 2 - At Race Site Beginning at 6:30 AM
THERE ARE NO HEADPHONES, DOGS OR STROLLERS ALLOWED IN THIS EVENT
Parking: There is no parking in the parking lots at the Big Screen Store parking lots. Parking will be at Loch Raven High School, across Joppa Road or in the industrial park next to the Big Screen Store parking lots.
Cost: Before Oct 31 - $30.00
Before Nov 30 - $35.00
After Nov 30 - Race Day - $40.00
Awards: Top 3 M&F Overall and Top 3 in 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Food and Refreshments: Oh - there will be plenty of food and drink for all.
