The Tiger Trot 5K

The Central Elementary Tiger Trot is our largest annual fundraiser. Enjoy the 5K competitive race or the 1-mile fun run or participate in both! This event is a great springtime race and all of the funds raised go directly to the school. The course is flat and fast and is contained entirely on the school campuses of Central Elementary and Middle School and South River High School. Come out and support the children of Central Elementary.  We are hoping to raise enough money to buy
Enhancement in Technology, Needs for Common Core Standards and maybe a new basketball court!

Saturday April 13th @ 8 a.m. (7:30 a.m. warm up) Rain or Shine! 

Packet pick up will be available the night before the race at our pre-race spaghetti dinner.

The Spaghetti dinner and Silent Auction will be held the evening of April 12th from 5:30-7:30 pm.  Here you’ll enjoy local music and Bowie Louie joins us from 6-7 pm. 

Be sure to bring your checkbook as we have fabulous silent auction baskets again this year.  Awards will be presented to 1-mile finishers grades K-1, 2-3 and 4-5.

Awards will be presented to 5k finishers grades K-1, 2-3, 4-5, 6-8, 9-12 and ages 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50+.

THERE IS NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION! ENTRIES CLOSE ON APRIL 6TH

Both:          $30  (The fun run is before the 5K starts so you can do both)

Parking:  Race day parking is available at South River High School.

Additional Info:  No roller blades, bicycles, scooters, Heelys (or other wheeled shoes). No pets, please.  
Strollers will be permitted but please start in the back of the group.
